How to Use This Page
In order to deepen our understanding of God’s Word, we need to study it, whether on our own or with others.
All the study topics are listed on the menu on the left. Each topic is composed of subtopics, which are further divided into study units. A single subtopic may contain several study units, each grouped in a single white box. Units list key verses with their footnotes, indicated by superscript numbers next to a verse.
Select “The Word of God” on the menu. You will see all subtopics and units open in this window.
Under the first subtopic “The written Word,” you’ll see three study units: “Its essence,” “Its origin,” and “Its content.”
Look up the first reference under “Its essence” in your New Testament Recovery Version: 2 Timothy 3:16.
Locate and read footnote 2 on God-breathed.
We recommend reading through the verses and footnotes in the order they’re listed.
